Are you looking for a Werkstudent contract where you will be given significant responsibility and the chance to support the state-of-the-art technology of a world-class brand? Then this is the right opportunity for you! We are looking for the best and brightest minds to join our Business Intelligence and Analytics Team!

As a Quality Specialist Werkstudent you will:

  • Gain knowledge about our products and services to understand the customer experience. 
  • Use external sources and internal tools to investigate and validate the quality of our traffic and travel information services. 
  • Occasionally drive around Berlin area and further when needed, to perform driving test.
  • Perform benchmark activities against ground truth data and other providers. 
  • Continuously improve your knowledge, skills, and expertise on workflows and processes. 
  • Contribute to the improvement of current systems by reporting quality validation results, trends, and issues; advise to product management and source teams.
  • You are enrolled in a German university and you will be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the contract.
  • You are a Bachelor's or Master's student.
  • You have confidence with data, you can perform basic statistics and case studies.
  • You have confidence with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI and basic SQL language is an advantage.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You hold either a German driving license or a driving license valid in Germany.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment. 
  • Be open-minded, think creatively, bring a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving!

We use probe data collected from a community of hundreds of millions of connected devices to develop products and services that help consumers and businesses optimize their journeys. Our team’s flagship service, TomTom Traffic, provides precise real-time and predictive analytics for road users and businesses and their award-winning on-street parking service helps people locate that hard-to-find parking spot.
