What you’ll do

Digital heavily impacts the way we do business. The way consumers behave, how the competitive field is changing and technology that impacts new and existing business models. The Consumer Brand Marketing Team plays a key role in telling our brand story and communicating with our new and existing customers across various digital and social channels and platforms. We are a part of the Consumer marketing team, furthering TomTom’s well-known products as well as working on exciting new ones along with our talented in-house agency.

As a Graphic Design Intern:

  • You will be responsible for shaping TomTom’s Consumer Digital and Social Content.
  • You will be working directly with the Consumer Brand Marketing Team and will help on various projects around content creation and design across various digital channels, including our @TomTomDrivers social channels. 
  • You will be working on every aspect of design making sure that our brand is on point, creatively getting our message across our platforms.
  • You will learn all the ins and outs of the various digital and social channels, test and optimize content in line with the brand, and creatively produce new ideas and concepts.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the in-house creative team.
  • You will learn how to use HTML5 banner creation, web designing, app store assets creation, etc.


  • You are enrolled in a Dutch university and you will be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
  • You must be pursuing a MBO/HBO/ Bachelor/Master degree in design or other creative field.
  • Must have knowledge and confidence in the use of design programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and must possess basic video editing skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are available for a 6 month internship.
  • You should be interested in the social and digital media landscape.
  • You’re creative, full of initiative and flexible, with the ability to stand out in a work environment that is constantly evolving.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus.
