    What you’ll do

    • You'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring across technical product units

    • Develop, maintain, and execute talent acquisition strategies and act as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring teams

    • Executive state of the art talent sourcing to identify, connect and headhunt key talents within Tech and Product space

    • You’ll bring innovative ideas to influence TomTom Talent Acquisition strategy

    • Be a real talent evangelist contributing to bringing TomTom’s innovation across relevant candidates and business network

    • Deliver top-notch candidate journey experience

    • You will bring strategic market intelligence on compensation, candidates’ engagement, talent landscape, and workforce strategy

    • Contribute to TomTom Talent Sourcing roadmap and other key Talent Acquisition projects

    What you’ll need
    • 3+ years of tech recruitment experience

    • Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams

    • Great understanding of business and tech talent landscape

    • Be naturally energized by working on complex customer problems with a diverse group of people

    • An innovative, agile, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven mindset

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills and thrive on interacting with different cultures and levels of management

    • Thinking beyond Talent Acquisition to contribute to the broader People Experience

    • Be a natural team player, and you have a great sense of humor.

    What’s nice to have
    • Previous experience working in a fast-growing tech organization

    • Previous experience as Talent Sourcer
