    Within our CRM team, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (B2B) responsible for driving B2B growth. You have a background in B2B marketing, are data driven and sales oriented. In this role you take the ownership of finding out how we can influence the engagement with our key audiences. You do have a curious mindset and like to identify new tools/technologies that will improve our performance. You have experience with Sales Engagement from a business process point of view and partner closely with the sales teams to feed them with new ideas and relevant information to grow the business.

    What you’ll do
    • Bring, develop and test new ideas to assure solid growth of our B2B business

    • Increase the engagement to our key audiences

    • Take part in developing the CRM marketing strategy & roadmap

    • Act as a CRM consultant for our sales & product teams, translate their requirements into actionable plans

    • Closely monitor industry trends to stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing

    • Identify new tools/technology that will support the CRM objectives

    What you’ll need
    • Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or Economics, or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a Digital Marketing B2B environment.

    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in B2B digital marketing and sales, previous experience working with B2B customers

    • Research & innovation skills: A crucial part of your role is gaining insight into news tools and innovation

    • Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and changing business priorities, along with delivering programs leveraging technology and innovation

    • Great communication skills, both written and spoken.

    • A result-driven team player who is self-motivated and works well independently and in teams

    • You find fun in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

    • Experience with CRM Tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Pardot and Sales Cloud is a plus

    • Experience setting up API calls to trigger messages is a plus

    • English fluency required. Dutch is a plus.
