What you’ll do

Your primary goals will be to analyze the as-is state of existing production processes and find opportunities for improvement. Design the ‘to be’ state, taking into account state of the art tools and techniques. Define validation criteria to allow processes to be validated before going into production.

Help roll out and follow up processes while they are live.

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

  • Work within a global team of process engineers
  • Work in an Agile environment and be a critical part of a cross functional team comprised of software engineers, testers, and others
  • Work in a result-oriented manner optimizing your efforts to bring the most value in a given timeline. In order to achieve this everyone on the must work together, performing various roles depending on the current needs
  • Be exposed to many challenges and opportunities to learn and gain valuable experience
What you’ll need
  • 7+ years relevant experience
  • Expert in the domain area of Process Engineering i.e. establishing structured PE approach, standards, methodology, and measurement criteria's
  • Experienced in using process engineering tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, FMEA, BPM, VSM, Time motion study, etc.
  • Expertise in process design (block diagrams), process flow diagrams, cost estimates and impact assessment.
  • Master in Geography/Geology, Engineering, ICT, Topography or equivalent by experience
  • Ability of analyzing problems and decomposing it into logical parts
  • Knowledge of GIS tooling, statistics, process mining
  • Good communications skills – you should be able to communicate in English with colleagues from other locations daily
  • Degree in Business, Communications, or relevant work experience
  • Master in Geography, Engineering, ICT, Topography, or equivalent a plus but not necessary
  • Ability to analyze problems and fragment it into logical parts
  • Knowledge of GIS tooling, statistics, process mining
  • Expert in the domain area of Process Engineering i.e. establishing structured PE approach, standards, methodology, and measurement criteria's
  • Quick learner and can giving a head start on our business processes (spec, process flow, working methodology, tools and technologies), understanding inter-departmental dependencies and connect quickly.
  • You can analyze complex problems.
  • You are an open-minded person, ready to try another approach when it might bring benefits to the team or project.
  • You are team-oriented, which means being able to communicate with other team members, expressing doubts and accepting constructive criticism in reasonable way.
  • Should not go with the flow and get biased. Instead should be able to challenge current approaches.
  • Focus on identifying existing process and improvement areas impacting quality.
  • Be a consistent performer in this demanding role.
