What you’ll do
Deliver Safety Cameras service providing infrastructure data to multiple customers including major car manufacturers
Manage three existing and one to hire developers
Decide on team working process, tools, and software system architecture
Closely cooperate with local Product Manager and data moderation team
Write, test, and review the code
Participate in lightweight agile process of your choice
Support product stakeholders with technical expertise and feasibility studies
What you’ll need
Many years of experience in software development
Practical knowledge of Java programming, relational databases, and automated cloud deployments
Desire to build strong team and deliver innovative features
Ability to hire, mentor and coach people; support and challenge them
Skills to translate business requirements into changes in software
Strong communication in Polish and English

Your team is part of Traffic and Travel Information Product Unit. We are responsible for collecting hundreds of millions of data points and transforming them into viable information. We continuously work on innovations and new ways to help drivers be more safe, more relaxed, always on time. We equip our governmental customers with tools which help them to fight road congestion and emissions.
