Develop and operate backend microservices in Java and cloud-native technologies in the domain of Identity and Access Management (IAM) for Automotive users
Design and build high available, robust and scalable applications using modern technologies hosted in Microsoft Azure
Take end-to-end ownership from design to delivery and operations.

Be part of on-call responsibility during out of office hours and make your apps resilient as you don’t like to be called out at night
At least 10 years of overall experience in software development
6 years of experience/ familiarity with Java, BDD, Cucumber, JMeter, Junit, Spring, Spring Unit Test, Spring Boot, Maven, Jenkins, databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres)
4 years of experience in high load, highly available systems in the public cloud (e.g. AWS, GCP or Azure)
2 years of experience in designing and building cloud-native applications using Kubernetes
Adoption of best practices during design, development, testing, and delivery phases in an Agile environment
Experience with continuous integration/deployment tools and adoption; monitoring tools, e.g. Prometheus
Familiar with SRE practices, and understanding of observability, SLOs/SLIs.
Continuous improvement mindset
Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to collaborate successfully with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Business acumen, ability to prioritize high ROI work, a strong sense of ownership, and customer obsession
Provide technical leadership in your team, mentor and coach team members
Past experience working in IAM areas - SSL/TLS/SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
Azure DevOps, Gitlab, GitOps, Flux CD or other continuous delivery solutions
