What you’ll do
  • Work with customers to solve technical problemsvia our incident process 

  • Onboard new customers to our platform 

  • Work closely with engineering teams in PU-CPPto support customersand solve technical problems

What you’ll need
  • Strong customer focus

  • Problem solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task 

  • Jira, confluence, slack, Kibana and Grafana knowledge 

Meet your team

We’re CPP, which stands for Content Production Platform – TomTom’s proprietary transactional map-making platform that supports TomTom’s maps, and the hundreds of millions of people around the world who use them. We’re a product unit withinTomTom’s Location Technology Products technical unit. On our team, you’ll work on map production, maintenance, transformation, release access and more as you help create leading mapping technology for a moving world.
