What you’ll do
Act as a quality engineer in the product team responsible for TomTom Automotive Navigation Experience;
Work on software test strategy and implementation of test cases and test scenarios
Perform functional and exploratory testing on component and system level, analyze and report / retest bugs;
Collaborate with the rest of the product team (software developers, designers and testers) to improve product quality;
Contribute to improving test processes within the development process;
Bring new and creative, innovative ideas to the table.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on testing experience;
Experience with Android Debug Bridge (adb), command line commands and running scripts;
Attention to detail and overall product quality;
Experience with working in scrum teams and in agile development environments;
Great communication skills, openness and willingness to support others;
Passion for continuous improvement and experimentation;
Product minded with UX/UI knowledge and exposure.
What’s nice to have
Automation experience for Android, e.g., Espresso, Cucumber, UI Automator;
ISTQB certificate (or equivalent);
Shell scripting / Python knowledge;
Experience with Android Automotive;
You have been part of a Product Team (e.g., in a start-up setup).
