Be part of an Agile team to continuously improve and support systems for Core HR, Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment, Compensation Planning, Performance & Talent Management, Position Management, Global Mobility, Time Tracking and Onboarding.
Accessprocesses for risks,issuesand opportunities for improvement. Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Work with Business Process Teams to review new processes and improve existing business processes.
Translate business requirements into specifications to enable the delivery of technically sustainable solutionsthrough configuration and testing.
Maintain the security and privacy of HR data. Design, develop and maintain security roles within Workday.
Perform analysis for reporting/audit requests.
Follow up on user requests and incidents.
1-2+ years of HR technology experience with at least1-2years of Workday experience
Analytical approach to solving system issues
Experience in Scrum/Agile practices is preferred
Experience in WorkdayBusiness Processes, Reports, EIB
Experience in ticketing tool (Jira, ServiceNowetc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with employees at all levels.
Experience ingatheringrequirements and mapping them to standardWorkday capabilities.
Ability to work independently, and report on status and planning of own work.
Be able to work in a dynamic environment with evolving end-user demands. Be proactive inindicatingfalse expectations and issues.
Be able to work in a cross-geographical team. Understand who the other team members are and reach out to them whenever required.
Be persistent and analytical about solving bugs and incidents.
