Minimum 2 years of experience in technology hiring with an overall experience of around 3-4 years in recruitment.
Experience in independently crafting and developing recruiting strategies for multiple professional and technical searches at a time.
Advanced online sourcing proficiency with experience developing Boolean search strings and data harvesting.
Ability to efficiently manage a heavy workload, work independently and prioritize effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; teamwork skills, ability to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, request and provide support and represent team plans and decisions.
Strong affinity with the IT Industry and the development within it.
