TomTom is looking for a world-class Project Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As the Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will report to the VP HR directly and will play a key role in driving the execution of the most critical Talent Acquisition and Talent sourcing projects, initiatives, and key results within the Talent Acquisition team. As a part of the global talent acquisition team, your main responsibility is to have TomTom and the TA function succeed through influence and drive.
Plan, prepare, structure, and lead project/change management activities.
Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project and initiatives.
Collaborate with TA and other key stakeholders on the design, development, and delivery of key projects and manage communication.
Track and report progress with regular frequency and address issues that impede progress.
Act as the right hand to the VP HR and operational partner for the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
Drive technical implementation of TA related tools including CRM, ATS and Sourcing tools to improve operational effectiveness and create value for TA and its customers.
Collaborates with a cross-functional team including HRIT, Web Marketing, People Development, and People Communication to identify & build action plans to improve the impact & experience for our customers.
Align with stakeholders and ensure interdependencies, risks and issues are uncovered and worked through effectively.
Create clear planning documents together with involved departments.
Proven expertise in end-to-end responsibility for the timely delivery of projects/initiative(s)
Experience in human resources and talent acquisition processes and technologies
Vendor Management experience
Extensive project management experience with a track record of a delivery complex project in a tech-driven environment
A solid understanding of how people go through the change curve and the change process.
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
A real passion for Talent acquisition and technology.
Agile project management certifications
