We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify TomTom’s presence online, so we can reach and attract the top tech talent that will help us shape tomorrow’s mobility.
Strategy: Develop the Employer Brand channel and platform strategy, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Stack Overflow and Reddit.
Content and campaign activation: Create highly engaging content (always-on and paid campaigns) to reach and attract tech talent. You’ll develop a close partnership with the Talent Acquisition team to assess content direction.
Career website: Play a key role in creating and curating content for our home page, tomtom.com and our career web pages.
Ambassadors and employees: Develop and manage programs to generate and activate content across multiple channels, created by our brand ambassadors and employees in key recruitment sites.
Analysis and optimization: Review, analyze and optimize campaigns to increase response rates, improve KPIs and increase return on investment. Perform analysis to understand future candidate behaviour and campaign performance in detail, sharing relevant insights for future marketing efforts.
Reporting: Report activity and share key learnings and results with key business stakeholders.
The future is social: Develop and present insights about where we should expand our presence (new platforms) to get closer to our target audience (tech talents).
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
Minimum of three years' of digital marketing/social media experience
A strong proven record of successful social media content creation
Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn and Reddit ads
You are a quick and thorough thinker! Things move rapidly at TomTom, so you’ll only be successful if you have great project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and pivot fast.
Personal strengths and business competencies that include: strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, a drive for results, attention to detail, analytical, optimistic, able to multi-task.
Comfortable to move between strategy, execution and analysis. Able to review the performance of social campaigns in detail, as well as understand correct testing methods to demonstrate content has performed and/or draw recommendations.
You have a strong affinity for technology, understanding the main target audience.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done, and a proven ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to communicating with people and attracting talent.
