Within our CRM team, we are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Automation Manager responsible for driving B2B growth. You have a background in B2B marketing, are data-driven and sales-oriented. In this role, you take the ownership of finding out how we can influence the engagement with our key audiences. Identifying new tools/technologies that will improve our performance, which you will be able to integrate within TomTom’s CRM landscape. You have experience with Sales Engagement from a business process point of view and partner closely with the sales teams to feed them with new ideas and relevant information to grow the business.

What you’ll do
  • Bring, develop and test new ideas to assure solid growth of our B2B business

  • Increase the engagement to our key audiences

  • Take part in developing the CRM marketing strategy & roadmap

  • Be the Subject Matter Expert of our CRM tool(s) SalesForce Marketing Cloud / SalesForce Pardot & Sales Cloud

  • Act as a CRM consultant for our sales & product teams, translate their requirements into actionable plans

  • Closely monitor industry trends to stay on the cutting edge of digital marketing

  • Identify new tools/technology that will support the CRM objectives and integrate them within TomTom’s CRM landscape

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a B2B marketing environment

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in B2B digital marketing and sales, previous experience working with B2Bcustomers

  • Experience with CRM Tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Salesforce Pardot and Sales Cloud is a plus

  • Technical knowledge of integrating new tools within a CRM landscape

  • Experience setting up API calls to trigger messages is a plus

  • Research & innovation skills: A crucial part of your role is gaining insight into news tools and innovation

  • Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and changing business priorities, along with delivering programs leveraging technology and innovation

  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • A result-driven team player who is self-motivated and works well independently and in teams

  • You find fun in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

  • English fluency required. Dutch is a plus.

  • You are currently located in the Netherlands
