What you’ll do
  • Lead quotation process of potential deals from project management point of view (create project plan, provide estimated cost, identify risks and its mitigations, organize and facilitate technical discussions, etc)

  • Lead a team from initiation though operations to achieve project objectives within agreed parameters (e.g. cost, timing, quality) 

  • On regular basis interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure planned work aligns with customer expectations 

  • Leverage your talent to solve challenging problems and competing priorities in a fast past environment 

  • Help enhance current practices, policies, and partnerships to mature project execution capabilities 

  • Manage issues, escalating as appropriate, and work with internal team(s) to identify and remove impediments.

  • Deploy routine project reports assessing results, metrics, testing, and risks

  • Facilitate communication with customer and system supplier (arrange meetings, aggregate meeting material, ensure participation of key stakeholders, report meeting minutes, window for all technical questions);

  • Ensure alignment of internal stakeholders in different project milestones;

  • Work closely with quality team to ensure highest level of quality is maintained.

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years project execution experience leveraging agile software development practices and processes;

  • Experience delivering software products in a B2B environment 

  • Familiarity with lean principles, DFSS, root cause analysis, and process management

  • Experience working in an international environment with diverse teams

  • Experience using leadership skills in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Previous automotive, SaaS, or location technology experience a plus

  • Fluent written and verbal English communication skills, additional languages would be considered a plus

  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support in customer’ s office

  • Highly experienced / competent with Project Management Tools, Office Tools;

  • Outstanding communication skills;

  • Comfortable to operate in ambiguity and / or within tight deadlines;

  • Must have a passion for learning and continuous improvement mindset

  • Natural networker and influencer, autonomous, a doer;

  • Commercial acumen;

  • Has an eye for detail;
