As Junior Product Manager, you will be a member of the empowered product team (EPT) that works on software products to be used together with our map products in the context of driving automation. The team focuses on delivery, visualization, and other map-based use cases where we use cutting-edge cloud technologies.
Lead the value discovery for software products that are used in the context of driving automation, iteratively defining outcomes, gathering and processing feedback from customers and internal stakeholders;
Define the product vision and strategy in collaboration with other product managers and engineering leads;
Determine requirements by decomposing product features into user stories and develop the product backlog to best achieve the goals and the vision;
Be part of a multidisciplinary product team, working with an architect, a teach lead, and a UX designer;
Align and manage expectations of stakeholders and customers, as well as report progress and demonstrations on releases and development activities. You will collaborate and communicate closely with other product teams.
At least one year experience as a product manager or product owner in agile and multi-disciplinary projects, managing products backlogs, creating/managing requirements, and prioritization;
Responsibility to steer the teams to deliver the highest value product to the customers, while considering the constraints of the business;
Ability to take ownership of the “What”, not focusing on “How”, to create seamless communication between customers and engineers;
Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical people, as well as internal and external stakeholders;
Always accessible, visible, vocal and objective, open and honest;
Eagerness to learn a lot of new things and continuously improve your skills;
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment;
Willingness to travel.
