As a Quality Specialist in Business Intelligence team, you are responsible for making our Traffic and Travel data the most accurate and timely as possible by performing analysis and data validation. We are looking for motivated candidates. We offer you a challenging role in an international and innovative organization.
Gaining a high level of knowledge about our products and services to understand the customer experience. Be an expert of internal tools and processes.
Using external sources and internal tools to analyze and validate quality of our traffic and travel information databases.
Performing benchmark analysis against ground truth data and competitors.
Reporting directly to Management accurately to the results of performed work and investigations.
Continuously improving knowledge, skills, and expertise on workflows and processes.
Contributing to improvement of current systems by reporting quality validation results, trends and issues; advising to product management and sourcing teams.
Bachelor’s degree - bachelor degree in Geography, Spatial Management, GIS or related field is an advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Power BI and basic SQL language is an advantage.
Analytical thinking. Ability to perform basic statistical analysis.
Fluent in English. Good communication skills both written and spoken.
Ability to work autonomously.
Decision making and problem-solving skills. Ability to take initiative.
