Createhigh quality and engaging content to communicate effectively and by translating complex technical information intoeasy to understandmessages.
Develop and maintain security campaign library to support internal stakeholder engagement materials (including presentations, infographics,factsheets,etc.)
Support the tracking and improving completion rates of the Securitycomputer-basedtrainings that educate employees and reduces risk to TomTom by changing humanbehaviour
Maintain and optimizing the channels for internal communications to deploy the security awareness program strategy, culture, transformation stories, business highlights, employee newsletter, Slack (Yammer) engagement, SharePoint portal and webcasts.
Brief and oversee the production of graphic design and video materials for the security campaigni.e.digital banners, promo videos, animations, infographics, presentation materials, etc.
You’ll have aBachelor’s degree or equivalent in communications ormarketing
3-5 years in a communications role in complex cross functional organizations and/or environments
A solid understanding of change management methodology
Strong interest in the changing technological landscape.
Track record in delivering innovative communications which cut through the clutter.
Proven familiarity with a range of project management approaches, tools and project phases.
Native - English language level with mastery in writing/content creation (messaging, assets and user journeys)
The ability to explain required behaviours in a clear, understandable and engaging way to non-specialists.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and gain engagement and buy-in for user education efforts.
Creativity when handling problems independently, commitment and flexibility.
Broad experience with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Teams, Slack, (Yammer), SharePoint, Forms

Familiarity with security industry standards (ISO 17799, ISO 27001:2013, NIST 800 series, PCI-DSS, etc.)
