What you’ll do
  • Build partnerships with internal recruiters, hiring managers and executive leaders to identify key talent needs
  • Craft sourcing strategies to identify the specific talent for positions
  • Build a pipeline of the best technical talents for engineering vacancies for TomTom in Europe
  • Research market and industry trends to pinpoint talent pools and sourcing opportunities
  • Build and nurture a community of engaged technical talent for key-positions
What you’ll need
  • Experience in independently crafting and developing recruiting strategies for multiple professional and technical searches at a time
  • Advanced online sourcing proficiency with experience developing Boolean search strings and data harvesting
  • Ability to efficiently manage a heavy workload, work independently, and prioritize effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; teamwork skills, ability to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, request and provide support and represent team plans and decisions
  • Strong affinity with the IT Industry and development within it
