To be successful as a Visual Designer, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
At least 5+ years of experience in designing software applications for mobile, tablet or web
Experience in creating and managing design systems
Experience in designing for web is highly preferred
Strong design portfolio that shows a variety of styles
Ambition to help drive positive change
Great sense of empathy that allows you to make user-centric decisions
Strong conceptual and communication skills
Ability to present your work in a compelling way
Refined illustration skills with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with leading practices for UI design, touch interfaces and in-car use context
Mastery in a broad toolkit of Visual Design and Digital Prototyping tools like Figma, Principle, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience in Adobe After Effects is a pro.
Familiar with Agile software development methodologies
Eagerness to try new design tools and methods, as well as staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends
Ability to test design implementations (e.g. A-B testing)
Solid time-management and prioritization skills with the ability to run simultaneous projects
