·You’ll lead and inspire the Talent Acquisition & Sourcing team to provide great service to our candidates and clients.
·You will maintain meaningful business relationships across TomTom, ensuring our ability to forecast recruiting needs and making sure our clients get the service they need.
·Regularly present data to stakeholders on sourcing and recruiting efficiency, identifying areas of improvement while proposing creative solutions to reach business objectives.
·You will be a member of the local HR leadership team as well as the Poland site management team.
·Align with global diversity objectives driving local initiatives aimed at reinforcing TomTom’s commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
·Coach, mentor, and support the technical sourcing team in uncovering creative methods and tools to find and attract top talent to TomTom across all European locations.
·Foster an environment of collaboration and teamwork between the sourcing and recruiting teams.
·Team management experience in inhouse and or agency environment.
·Proven ability to manage recruitment processes in a way that that delivers high quality hires consistently.
·Affinity with technical recruiting and sourcing, specifically in software engineering.
·You are passionate about recruiting and are able to work with your peers in other regions to deliver process improvements and innovative approaches to recruiting.
·You need to be data driven to be able to make constant improvements to our service and processes.
·You think creatively, are curious and bring a unique perspective and approach to problem-solving.
·Excellent communication skills with a minimum C1 English level.
