We are looking for a true evangelist with a Growth Mindset! For our Growth team, we are looking for a highly driven Growth Marketer. As a specialist in data-driven performance marketing, you will be a key driver of growth in a cross-dimensional environment with specialists in data, lean development, and conversion optimization. You are skilled with the usage of a broad set of tactics and tools. And extremely eager to test this out on a huge global customer database.
 

What you'll do

You will be developing and implementing data-driven digital activities with a strong focus to increase value by innovation. The span of your activities will not be restricted by departments or functions as you have a full-funnel approach that you can easily tackle through your T-shaped skillset.

  • Work through a Lean Growth process to systematically bring traditional and creative ideas to grow KPIs; (Gather ideas, Rank, Outline Experiments, Work and build, Study and learn)
  • A/B test all your ideas in cooperation with a conversion specialist with the objective of generating higher revenues;
  • Analyze data and user feedback;
  • Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, Marketing, Sr. Management) in order to present results and drive customer / user-centricity;
  • Drive traffic to the digital store, landing pages, social media, apps;
  • Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram ;
    (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
  • Optimize channels in order to always improve performance;
  • Scale and automate the growth process;
  • Knowledgeable about database marketing and being able to create viral growth;
What you'll need
  • You have a degree in higher education (HBO / University) and 2 to 3 years of relevant job experience;
  • You have a commercial mindset; you are analytical and know how to measure and analyze funnels;
  • You use data to steer processes and decision making;
  • You have project management skills plus a “hands-on” / “can-do” mentality;
  • You are creative and have a strong drive to succeed;
  • You have a superficial knowledge on HTML and CSS and A/B testing tools;
  • You have experience in growing traffic through: SEA, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate, E-mail and Native Advertising.
  • You are currently located in the Netherlands
