We're looking for an exceptional, eager designer with big ideas and a knack for translating those ideas into fun, inspiring work that speaks to a diverse audience. You should be driven, organised and thoughtful, with a strong understanding of transforming conceptual ideas into design solutions. You should love working with others, but be comfortable developing your ideas independently and explaining them to non-design audiences. You’ll also be expected to understand your audience and make decisions that reflect their best interests.
Creativity is the most-influential aspect of all marketing efforts, and this role will have a direct impact on all campaign marketing activities.
Create amazing digital campaigns across different channels;
Analyse your designs after the execution and finetune them
Immerse yourself in content and design creation;
Design, present and produce compelling digital concepts;
Take part in global campaign strategies and concept development;
Develop your own ideas from strategy through concept and production;
Bring new ideas in-house for quick implementation;
Work with our tight-knit team of e-Commerce, product-marketeers, data analysts, digital graphic designers, copywriters and photographers;
Deliver quality artwork on time.
Learn how to make your designs come to live throughout different channels
You are an EU citizen or enrolled in a Dutch university
An online or digital portfolio;
An interest in tech and passion for creative content production;
Work or educational experience in a creative field;
Mid-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs. Adobe PS and Illustrator are a plus;
Some knowledge in and an interest in learning more about digital design and digital marketing.
Can-do attitude coupled with an affinity for fast-paced working environments;
Team player attitude with the ability to work independently, collaborate with other departments and manage multiple projects;
Expressive and creative; able to adapt content to different target groups and touchpoints;

Together we make up a cross-disciplinary hive of international marketeers serving TomTom’s businesses and people worldwide. It’s our job to bring the TomTom brand to life externally and internally.
