Our Job is to translate the company to numbers. In this position, you will get to know the products and services we sell and provide access for those to our customers. You will be part of the Business Accounting team which main role is translating the business into numbers. The team has a unique view of the company in order to provide complete and accurate accounting information.

This role suits a hands-on, motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills.

What you’ll do
  • Provide orders for delivery via the various delivery media as requested by customers and Account Managers upon receipt of a legal contract.
  • Enter product codes into SAP contracts set up by FSSC and once the contract is approved, release orders to the proper delivery group.
  • Assure all information needed for orders is provided by the Account Managers.
  • Communicate with all levels of company personnel through any means necessary to assure you get the information needed to place deliveries and provide the data requested.
  • Monitor/verify through SAP reports, that deliveries are being accepted by the different systems.
  • Provide information to Licensing Support, Account Managers, Global Sales, FSSC, and others on deliveries and licensed products pertaining to issues reported as well as for proof of delivery for billing.
  • Monitor team email to be sure questions are answered, the proper groups have been notified and assure all Evaluation orders are being received and processed.

Additionally, you will be involved in the accounting process of our outbound royalties, which includes booking accruals for those costs, reporting to our third-party vendor and monitoring the payment of the invoices and that our liability is correctly kept in our books. This is as part of a career growing process to pick in future other accounting tasks.

What you’ll need
  • Diploma degree in Business Administration/Economics, Finance or equivalent with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a medium/large size organization;
  • Strong analytical skills are necessary for success in this role;
  • Ability to communicate well with internal and external parties;
  • Ability to work in a structured way, service-oriented, dynamic, flexible, pro-active, self-starter, and hands-on mentality;
  • Excel skills are required; SharePoint and other Microsoft package knowledge preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of ERP software. SAP experience preferred;
  • Experience working in an international company is beneficial;
  • Must be a strong team player and self-starter, hands-on-mentality, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure during peak periods;
  • Fluency in English;
  • You currently live and are eligible to work in the EU.
