As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and developing a platform used for the production of digital maps
Your work will improve the experience of TomTom developers interacting with our system
Exchange knowledge with our talented engineers and solve a wide range of challenging, state of the art algorithmic issues

Expertise in Java or other object-oriented programing languages
Skills and experience in technical leadership, ability to translate business requirements into changes in software
Practical knowledge of object-oriented design principles and testing practices
Practical experience in web services – including high availability, scalability, and good performance
Excellent communication skills allowing efficient communication in English with colleagues located on-site and worldwide
Eagerness to learn a lot of new things and continuously improve your skills, open mind for discussion
We’re CPP, which stands for Content Production Platform – TomTom’s proprietary transactional map-making platform that supports TomTom’s maps, and the hundreds of millions of people around the world who use them. We’re a product unit within TomTom’s Location Technology Products technical unit. On our team, you’ll work on map production, maintenance, transformation, release access and more as you help create leading mapping technology for a moving world.
Today we are working remotely, and that possibility will stay with us also in the post-Covid future. We also believe that from time to time we will have the opportunity to meet in the office (e.g. once every two weeks) to work together even better.
