As a Senior Security Product Manager, you’ll join the Information Security Unit in which you’ll be responsible for 3rd party tooling that empowers Security teams to deliver secure, compliant & resilient services that add value to our customers.We own, use and depend upon severalsecurity tools & platforms that need to interoperate anddeliver towardsSecurity’s roadmap and vision. When it comes to products, vendors and agents, we believe less is more. Our tools and platforms need to add measurable value in a pragmatic and scalable way.
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to understand, influence and align their roadmaps when it comes to security,tooling and platforms.
Work with the teams in defining the scope and acceptance criteria for all the stories in the backlog.
Prioritise long-term strategic initiatives in line with the Security roadmap and other business priorities.
Collect detailed requirements to fully scope the Business, Security and user requirements.
Focus on delivery by working with the team/vendor, and by influencing roadmaps and release plans.
Contribute to the long-term vision of the Information Security Unit.
Lead on continual, iterative improvements to our tooling and platform capabilities.
Use a data-driven approach to make informed decisions about what should be prioritised.
Identify and factor in associated training requirements for users.
What You’ll Need
Demonstrable experience managing security products and tooling.
Experience working with Security Operations, Engineering and Governance teams.
Experience working with teams of engineers and analysts.
Strong understanding of the role of automation & orchestration within Security.
Expert vendor management skills.
A data-driven approach to decision making.
The ability to formulate and interpret meaningful security & business metrics.
A pragmatic mindset,and the ability to empowerthe appropriate teams to deliver the right solution.
Proven collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills allowing efficient communication in English with colleagues located on-site and worldwide
Experience with common security tooling such as SIEM, EDR and SOAR tools
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC or equivalent.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Information Security consulting and security assessment experience.
Programming/coding and DevOps experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the automotive industry
