Reporting to the Senior Security Operations Manager, you will
Leada team ofanalystsdedicated toSecurity Event Monitoring (SEM) and Incident Response (IR)
Manage individual and team performance to consistently meet performance standards
Develop a deep understanding of operational risks andtake an impact driven approach to IR
Monitor and reportrelevant KPI’s
Improveupon existing processes through innovation and operational change
Supportstrategic plans and projects to meet SOC goals and objectives
Provide information and tacticalsupportto leadership during incidents
Coordinate training and exercises to ensure SOC team proficiency
Conduct after-action reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices
Routinely engage with cross-functional teams including Engineering,Infrastructureand ITSM
Experience inSecurity Operations Management, leadinga team ofanalysts
Abilityto analyse complex situations and form robustresponseplans
Significant knowledge ofsecurity event monitoring and Incident responseprocesses
Innovative and proactive continuous improvement attitude
Able to motivate others and act as a change agent
Able to work under pressure
