What you’ll do
Lead a team from initiation though operations to achieve project objectives within agreed parameters (e.g. cost, timing, quality)
Routinely interface with product management, UX, and OEM stakeholders to ensure planned work aligns with customer expectations
Leverage your talent to solve challenging problems and competing priorities in a fast past environment
Help enhance current practices, policies, and partnerships to mature project execution capabilities
Manage issues, escalating as appropriate, and work with internal teams to identify and remove impediments.
Develop routine project reports assessing results, metrics, testing, and risks
Exceed customer expectations every time
5+ years project execution experience leveraging multiple methodologies (waterfall, TDD, Agile, etc..)
Experience delivering software products in a B2B environment
Familiarity with lean principles, DFSS, root cause analysis, and process management
Experience working in an international environment with diverse teams
Experience using leadership skills in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
Previous automotive, SaaS, or location technology experience a plus
Top-notch written and verbal English communication skills
Must have a passion for learning
