What you’ll do
Work on modernizationand standardizationof the identity provider platform and implement an identity governance and administration capability in a hybrid identity infrastructure (AD / Azure AD)
Work in a small global team which focuses on the Digital Workplace technologies to engineer and deliver solutions for our user communityaroundourIdentity and Access Managementprogram
Identify andreduce technical debt in the IAM area
Handle 3rdline support related service requests and incidentsfor the supported technologies and infrastructure
Maintain and deliver operating procedures and documentationwhen developing / delivering solutions
TranslateIAMrelatedsecurity andbusiness requirements into secure solutions
What you’ll need
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365
At least 5 years of professional experiencein anITengineering rolefocused onIdentity and Access Managementwithbuilding,administrating, migrating andsupportingIAMsolutions
Passion forautomatingaway from manual tasks–goodscripting knowledgeofVBscriptandPowershell
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex or escalated support issues
Bachelor in computer science, or similar through experience
Excellent (English) communication skills and cross-cultural adaptability
Creative ideas, suggestions and a new way of doing something
Learning and adapting to new technologies
What’s nice to have
Experience with Windows, macOS and Ubuntu client environments

We are responsible for client management using the best in classclient management systems. We deliver client hardware and meeting room setups to ensure the best collaborationwithin TomTom, and we manage and administrate those collaboration solutions. Next to that wedeliver a secure Identity and Access management platform.
