We are looking for a new Employer Brand Project Manager that will help us amplify TomTom’s culture to engage, retain and bring on talent to create technologies for tomorrow’s mobility.

What you’ll achieve
  • You will lead global (big and small) projects, programs, events, initiatives and (recruitment) campaigns, that will make TomTom the best place to work (in the world!) and bring our employer value proposition to life
  • You will define and execute a content and channel strategy to make sure that the right content reaches the right talent (internally and externally)
  • You will be on the look-out for relevant partnerships to help us establish our reputation as an employer of choice, evaluating and launching new and emerging recruitment channels, tools and marketing outreach strategies
  • You will contribute to shaping our world-class candidate and employee experience
  • You will drive marketing strategy effectiveness and optimization through analytics

We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of experience and proven success in Employer Brand and/or Recruitment Marketing.

What you’ll need to succeed
  • You are a quick and thorough thinker! Things move rapidly at TomTom, so you’ll only be successful if you have great project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and pivot fast
  • You listen  As you will be liaising with many different stakeholders, we need someone who understands and takes into consideration different perspectives
  • You are customer-obsessed. We are here to delight our current and future employees - their satisfaction is our leading priority
  • You make decisions based on insights
  • You understand what a 360-communication journey means – and know-how to leverage multiple touchpoints, internally & externally (social, web, email, intranet, etc.)
  • You have a strong affinity for technology, and knowledge of TomTom’s tech
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset (you get thing done) and a proven ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to communicating with people and attracting talent
  • You have a non-negotiable work ethic
