Sounds good so far?
We are looking for a dynamic and pro-active HR Support Officer to join our global Human Resources team and support our HR administration across our offices in North America – Lebanon, Detroit, San Jose and Latin America - Chile, Brazil and, Mexico.

What you’ll do:

  • Execute HR administration processes including on/offboarding, data changes, absence management, benefits and more;
  • Accurately update our HR system and provide reports to stakeholders while ensuring highest data quality;
  • Become first point of contact for our employees, build relationships and provide an outstanding service experience.
  • Streamline and continuously improve internal procedures and processes.
  • Partner closely with global HR organization (HQ in Amsterdam) and support local site management.
  • Support with employment terminations,
  • Coach and guide our managers and employees on conflict resolutions and grievances.
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives
  •  Promote employee wellness by supporting local initiatives

What you’ll need:

  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role,
  • You are a self-starter who is pro-active, curious and flexible in your approach,
  • You have a passion for providing HR operational excellence and taking ownership of your work,
  • You have knowledge of USA employment law, any additional knowledge of other countries (Canada and/or LATAM) is an advantage,
  • Your excellent organizational skills and customer focus speak for themselves;
  • You thrive in a fast-paced international environment that provides for high accountability and ownership
  • You are experienced in working with HR software solutions (Workday is a plus) and MS Office.
  • You are fluent in English, Spanish is a plus
