The program is interesting because I had the opportunity to learn new skills and expose myself to daily issues any company could face. Moreover, the industry in which TomTom operates is exciting.

The first is Group Control, which oversees the annual budget and long-term financial model processes, as well as being responsible for monthly financial management reporting. There’s Investor Relations, which ensures clear communication with the financial markets, helping investors and analysts understand our company, strategy and financial results. Tax and Treasury manage the company's tax position, with a focus on maximizing cash efficiency and mitigating financial risks. And then there’s Corporate Accounting, which keeps everything compliant with IFRS accounting standards, manages group consolidation, delivers external and ESG reporting and oversees TomTom's internal control framework.
