The finance graduate program in a nutshell
Our Finance Graduate program is designed for eager professionals looking to kick-start their careers in a dynamic work environment with a unique culture.

In our two-year program, you will gain experience through our financial landscape and processes, as well as business operations.

We are flexible and will support you to design a tailor-made rotation plan within our finance organization to help you realize your potential to the fullest. At the same time, you'll be able to develop yourself via various training platforms and learn on the job next to knowledgeable and fun colleagues.

Following the completion of the program, you will continue your TomTom journey from a permanent role which suits your talent and interests.

In my current rotation as financial analyst within the automotive business unit, I enjoy being part of a fast-moving industry where the demand for adaptability is high. Finance professionals need to be able to work in a similar fashion, always looking out how to improve their processes, with the use of best-in-class tooling and by applying automation.

The greatest thing about the program is the freedom it gives to the graduates to move around within the different finance departments and draw their own future rather than follow prescribed career paths. It is surprising how flexible and open-minded a large company like TomTom can be, in terms of giving space and voice to the graduates.
