Your two-year journey

Our program is designed for ambitious graduates ready to grow fast in a dynamic, international environment. Through a tailored three-step journey across our finance organization, you’ll develop skills and confidence, gain a strong network and find your post-program role at TomTom.

Step 1: Financial Shared Services

Your journey begins in our Financial Shared Services Center, where our global financial operations come to life. You’ll gain a broad understanding of how TomTom generates revenue — from automotive partners embedding our maps in vehicles, to enterprises leveraging our location intelligence and consumers using our navigation apps. This step gives you a strong foundation in how our business works and how finance supports it.

Step 2: Business Finance

Next, you’ll step into a Finance Business Partner role, working closely with teams across TomTom, from Product to Engineering to Sales. You’ll have the chance to analyze revenue and performance, control costs and protect margins, build forecasts and business cases, and translate financial insights into strategic decisions. This step will sharpen your commercial mindset and give you real influence on business outcomes.

Step 3: Choose your path

For your final step, you’ll follow the path that excites you most. Whether you want to explore group finance, manage our treasury, negotiate with external suppliers or engage with investors through storytelling, the opportunities are yours to choose.

Your role at TomTom

At the end of the program, you’ll move into a permanent role that matches your strengths and ambitions — joining our growing community of alumni who have been driving impact across TomTom since 2018.
