When you apply for a job at TomTom, we need some details from you to start the application process and ensure a smooth onboarding after being selected. As part of our hiring process, we also use AI‑supported tools during interviews to improve the consistency and speed of the candidate experience. These tools help interviewers by transcribing conversations and creating concise, objective summaries, enabling quicker and more consistent feedback. All hiring decisions, however, are always made by our recruiters and hiring managers. We process the data you provide us with to assess your suitability for the job position and therefore, whether we contact you regarding the position. We also use (aggregated) data to perform data analytics, for example to see how many candidates responded to a vacancy or to calculate the average experience years of people we hired during a certain period.
