He has more than 10 years of experience working with product management and market strategy for different companies in both automotive and enterprise projects across the globe.

Esther is Product Manager for TomTom Traffic Analytics products and highly committed to TomTom’s mission to shape tomorrow’s mobility after being in TomTom for 13 years. She is currently working with development teams to serve business, automotive and governmental customers with analytical tools to understand and measure road mobility patterns across the globe. She has a background in IT, Marketing and eCommerce and degree in engineering.

Sr. Algorithm Engineer


Rene has been working in the TomTom Traffic unit since 2007, developing algorithms that use TomTom's extensive probe data to create new products and enhance existing ones. He devised the methodology for computing congestion levels and is the originator of the software that generates all statistical numbers for the Traffic Index. Rene has a background in mathematics and holds a PhD in Computer Science.

Anna is the Principal Software Engineer in TomTom’s Traffic and Travel Information unit, and she leads the team responsible for the TomTom Traffic Index website. One of her primary focus areas is in creating data visualizations out of traffic data. Anna has been at TomTom for nearly 5 years.
