When you visit one of our offices, we will register upfront your name, email, company details and TomTom contact person for security and safety purposes and retain this data for a limited period of time after your visit. We also use CCTV monitoring of entrances and office spaces for safety and security reasons, and delete this data within 48 hours unless we need it longer for further investigations.
