Reporting Copyright Infringement to TomTom

TomTom International B.V., TomTom Global Content B.V., and/or affiliated companies (collectively or individually referred to as “TomTom”) respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes a copyright infringement or any other violation of your rights on a TomTom website or in another service or product provided by TomTom, please notify TomTom as outlined below.

TomTom will investigate your claim and take corresponding action, e.g. by removing infringing content. Where appropriate, TomTom may terminate or limit the access or accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others to TomTom’s websites or services.

Please send a sufficiently substantiated notification using below form. The requested information is required for an effective notice under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Claimants who make misrepresentations concerning copyright infringement may be liable for damages incurred as a result of the removal or blocking of that material, court costs, and legal fees.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site

Allegedly infringing material*

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the TomTom to locate the material
