Activate your subscription

Ready to start using GO Navigation? Follow the steps below to activate your purchased subscription. Make sure not to choose “start free trial”.

Follow these steps

Step 1

Download the app from the iOS or Android app store

Step 2

iOS: Open the app, tap Existing user. Enter your Apple password (due to Apple security). Tap login again, enter your TomTom email and password.

Android: Open the app, tap Existing user. Enter your TomTom email and password.

If you used Google or Facebook to sign up, you may need to create a password first via ‘Forgot your password?’

*Please make sure not to continue in the app before you log in and activate the promotion*
