The Grossglockner High Alpine Road is one of the most visited drive in Europe. Halfway to the road, you turn left to discover an unbelievable view on the Pasterze Glacier and its permanent snow cover.

This 21.5km route goes up the north face of Mont Ventoux, starting from Malaucène. You’ll drive past the unique provençal vegetation and chapel of Notre Dame du Groseau from the Roman 12th century to get the best view on the grey mountain. Note: closed from November to April/May.

All along this valley you can see UNESCO World Heritage Geirangerfjord, mountains, waterfalls, ocean views and a National Park, the Aursjøvegen Road.
