Embark on an adventurous road trip across the mesmerising Nullarbor Plain. Nullarbor is latin for ‘no trees’, and that name is 100% accurate. The Eyre Highway takes you from Perth to Ceduna, crossing empty plains and desert.

This is one of the road trips in which the road itself is the destination. Follow the never-ending horizons, spectacular sunsets and forever nothingness on this adventurous road trip. Enjoy the wide skies above you but also be on your guard for kangaroos lining up along the road! You will be surprised by the wildlife, as the plain is also home to camels, emo’s and wombats. This road trip is often listed as the ‘most boring’ road in the world, given the fact that the landscapes don’t change and the road is one long straight. This in itself makes this journey iconic and a one-in-a-lifetime experience.

Please note: This road trip requires thorough preparation as you will travel through remote areas. Be cautious for kangaroos and other wildlife crossing the road by avoiding driving at sunset and dawn. Moreover, if you venture off the highway you will need a 4WD.
