TomTom will also give general information on its copyright usage practices to interested parties with which it has a commercial relationship.

The information that you provide will help us assess your claim.

Once you submit the form, we will investigate your claim and take appropriate steps. Where appropriate, TomTom may notify the end user who uploaded the content, referenced in the claim.

Fraudulent claims will not be processed and may have severe consequences for you, including legal penalties.
