Conquering a new frontier
Jeep takes the premium SUV into all-new territory with the launch of the 2022 Grand Wagoneer. Powering the experience is TomTom’s full stack navigation and driver assistance tech – keeping drivers in complete control, no matter where adventure takes them, whether it’s off road or on.

Luxury meets technology

When Jeep decided to bring its legendary Grand Wagoneer brand to the large luxury SUV market, the carmaker knew it had to deliver a high-end experience that took drivers to new levels of comfort, control and connectivity. By joining forces with long-time partner TomTom, Jeep has elevated the navigation experience with next-gen connected services and pioneering advanced driver assistance (ADAS) features.

The 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer comes fully loaded with the latest Uconnect® 5 infotainment system, including Head Up Display (HUD) and passenger displays powered by TomTom’s full stack of maps, navigation and connected services. Drivers get everything they need for smooth rides with over-the-air map updates, live traffic, parking availability, fuel prices, destination prediction and more. The Wagoneer is also the first vehicle to feature Trailheads, which helps drivers search for off-road trails.

To make the journey even safer, the Grand Wagoneer includes Jeep’s Active Driving Assist System, a Level 2 automated driving feature supported by the TomTom HD Map, RoadCheck and AutoStream software – the first vehicle on the market to use TomTom’s innovative map delivery service. Available exclusively in Grand Wagoneer models, Active Driving Assist helps the SUV to stay centered in its lane and to maintain a safe distance from others on the highway – elevating safety to give drivers peace of mind on the open road.
