Apply expanded knowledge and experience in System Engineering to perform a range of assignments
Use minimal guidance to build, deploy, improve, maintain, and support software systems and platforms
Maintain on prem hardware
Analyze and resolve issues, determine root causes, seek and provide effective and endurable solutions through possible enhancements
Solve level 2 support activities including management of external support team members
Ability to work both independently and within a team with the willingness to take over responsibilities
Basic operating systems and networking knowledge focused on configuration
Very good communication skills
Fluency in English

PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages
