The reviewer, Jonathan Bray, said: “TomTom has a reputation for making excellent sat-navs and the latest XL model - with its new mount - is no exception.” The new features – the EasyPort mount and large back speaker – are both considered excellent improvements on the design. He added: “It may not have the bells and whistles of the x30 range... but in most other respects it's a highly proficient sat-nav.”
