TomTom GO 520 tops latest Which? satellite navigation report

~Satellite navigation set to become one of the most popular Christmas presents this year~

UK, 23 November 2007 - The independent consumer association Which? has selected the TomTom GO 520 as ‘Best Buy’ product in their latest satellite navigation report. They tested 19 of the latest “plug and go” satnavs to discover which model will be getting consumers from A to B this Christmas. The TomTom GO 520 came out on top and was awarded 73%, the highest rating of all the models tested. The TomTom GO 520 was complimented for its ease to use. Quality of instruction and voice recognition feature that allows hands-free programming.

The TomTom ONE Europe also received Which?’s coveted 'Best Buy' award in the test. The entry-level model was praised for its ease of use, price and compact size. TomTom ONE is the world’s best selling personal navigation device (PND) and the highest selling satnav device in the UK.

Which? tested all devices rigorously including using them on the continent to see how they coped with foreign roads and driving on the right. They were rated against ease of use, features and security.
