T3 says: “Cheap, easy and fully featured, this outstanding satnav system really is the one.”
The very first review about the recently launched TomTom ONE appeared in T3 Magazine and started-off with a great recommendation: “Throw away the user manual, this is the easiest satnav system to use and the best featured.” T3 magazine highlights the easy to use touch screen and comments on the number of buttons: “The name of this unit might well refer to the number of buttons. Aside from a power switch, everything is operated using the touchscreen. The big, easy to poke icons familiar from more expensive TomTom models are all here, making this the easiest satnav unit to operate by far – you’ll be off and driving to your destination within seconds” The article finishes by saying: “It also has the smoothest 3D mapping and widest choice of languages and accents, including true blue – but clearly spoken – Aussie Ken. The speaker is loud, the antiglare coating on the screen is welcome in bright sunlight, and the price just seals the deal.”
