This Privacy Policy outlines the guidelines we have established with respect to the information TomTom collects when you interact with TomTom, such as when you visit our Website, when you use the products and services offered by TomTom, like the TomTom Plus services or TomTom HOME, or when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you call our Customer Support.

Collection of Personal Information by TomTom

How does TomTom processes Personal Information and Anonymous Information?

• Personal Information will be collected, processed, and used by TomTom for the purposes as mentioned in this Privacy Policy.
• Your Personal Information is used by TomTom to perform its obligations resulting from the delivery of the TomTom products and/or services to you, under the End-User License Agreement, Limited Warranty, if any, or any other terms that may apply.
