TomTom Extended Warranty Plan offers device replacement in the event your TomTom GPS device fails under ordinary use. Additionally, it provides accidental coverage so you TomTom GPS device is covered for mishaps like drops or spills.
Coverage applies for two years, from the date of the original retail purchase. Your plan covers one accidental damage claim (such as a cracked screen or water damage).
The 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan stays with the device even if it is gifted or sold to another party.

The 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan is available for any TomTom device purchased within the past 30 days. Only available to U.S. (including US Territories) and Canada customers. Refurbished devices do not qualify for this offer.

Contact TomTom Customer Support at (866) 486-6866 if your device fails or is damaged within the two-year coverage period.
A TomTom Customer Support Representative will provide you with instructions and a mailing address to which you can send your damaged device. TomTom will then send you a repaired or replacement device at no cost to you.
TomTom 2-Year Extended Warranty Plan is provided by Service Net, an industry-leading service management company. The plan is available for all devices purchased in the U.S. (included U.S. territories) and Canada, within the past 30 days. Refurbished devices do no qualify for this offer.
