Workday Analyst - Integration
What you'll do
- Workday Integrations & Technical Delivery
- Lead the design, build, maintenance, and optimization of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, RaaS, API) with internal and external platforms such as payroll, benefits, and contingent workforce systems.
- Ensure technical solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Identify automation opportunities to improve process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Workday platform knowledge & functional delivery
- Apply strong foundational knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and tenant management.
- Provide business analysis support by translating functional requirements into scalable technical and process solutions.
- Exposure to domains such as Absence Management, Time Tracking, Performance Management, Benefits, or Advanced Compensation is advantageous; continuous learning and adaptability are essential.
- Ownership, Stakeholder Management & Roadmap in your respective area.
- Manage your assigned portfolio of processes and integrations, taking full accountability for their quality, performance, and evolution.
- Act as a trusted partner to HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering solutions with a user-first mindset.
- Embed design thinking principles, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Contribute to a team culture that values cross-training and learning rotation, providing opportunities to expand your expertise across Workday modules and other HR applications over time.
- Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of integrated HR solutions.
- Help uphold strong governance, compliance, and operational excellence in the People Apps landscape
What you'll need
- 3–6 years of Workday experience, including hands-on configuration and support.
- Proven expertise in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, RaaS, API).
- Solid understanding of Workday fundamentals - business processes, reporting, security, tenant management.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and managing cross-functional relationships.
- Exposure to Workday functional domains (e.g., Absence Management, Performance, Time Tracking, Compensation) is a plus.
- Experience supporting global rollouts is desirable.
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices (SAFe advantageous).
