BetaTest intro

Welcome to the TomTom Beta Test program.

Your participation in our beta test program is valuable for both you and TomTom. Your feedback enables TomTom to make products, software and services the best that they can be, and you can learn about and contribute to exciting projects. You can participate in the TomTom Beta Test in several ways, such as downloading the latest software and maps, taking surveys, exchanging ideas in the TomTom Beta Test forum, and, most importantly, providing and reviewing feedback about your experiences.

We expect from a TomTom beta tester that he/she will:

  • Test TomTom products and applications for a minimum of 2 to 5 hours a week
  • Start using TomTom product/application within 2 business days of receiving it
  • Always test the latest application version available on the TomTom Beta Test forum
  • Report feedback in English on the beta test forum
  • Report on issues or bugs found during testing within 1 business day
  • Regular reporting of usability experience
  • Answer TomTom survey questions and send in log files (as needed)
  • Participate in our TomTom Beta Test program under a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement

    2. Select "Sign up" on the left hand side of your screen to complete your details.
