In some cases you may need to attach documentation or other files to your support questions. This can be done one of two ways: When you first ask or submit a question. 1. Fill in the required information and type in your question. 2. Next to Attach documents click on Browse... to find and upload any files you wish to attach. 
3. Submit Question once finished. When updating any of your existing questions. After you have submitted a question, you can update this question at any time. 1. Login to your MyTomTom account. 2. Click on Support and then My Questions. 
3. Click on the subject for the question you wish to update. Then select Update Question. 
4. Type a response in the text box and then use Browse... to upload any attachments you wish to attach from your computer. 
5. Click on Submit Update to Question to finish updating your question.
